Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Executive-P2P with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply Chain procurement (P2P) and Oracle Fusion Financials. This role involves working in a hybrid model with night shifts. The candidate will contribute to our finance and accounting processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) process to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Utilize Oracle Fusion Financials to manage procurement and financial data effectively.
Support the finance and accounting team in maintaining accurate records and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to procurement and payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
Provide support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in training sessions to stay current with system updates and process changes.
Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
Possess experience in Supply Chain procurement (P2P) and Oracle Fusion Financials.
Have a basic understanding of Procure to Pay-Ac Payable processes.
Show familiarity with finance and accounting principles.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with night shifts.
Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrate proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
Show a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Possess a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Certifications Required
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Oracle Fusion Financials Certification preferred.
